Material :
- Mason Jar
- Knee-Length Socks with lovely motives or pattern
- Scissors
- Colorful fabrics or felt (if you use plain socks)
How To Do It :
1 First, turn the sock inside out, then put the toe end inside the Mason Jar.
2 Flip the sock again and using the outside part of the sock rolled the sock down the Mason Jar until the top part of the sock ended on the outside bottom of the Mason Jar.
3 Pull out the sock inside the Mason Jar carefully so it will not ruin the sock that you use to cover Mason Jar. After you pull the sock, then cut the sock at the reinforced heel.
4 Finally, after you cut the sock, slid back the long part of the sock back to the inside of the Mason Jar.
Now, your DIY pencil holder is ready and you will not get bored any longer with the Mainstream pencil holder in your office.
Also, I think you can add more decoration to the Sock using hot glue. For example, you can add colored felt and create a flower shape, leaf shape, or animal shape depending on your taste.
